August Weems, LPC and Fawn Williams C-IAYT, have been leading retreats for years. As sisters and lifelong friends, they each bring authenticity and joy their events. Combining evidence-based practices for self-awareness and integration the two incorporate top healing strategies from behavioral and somatic practices.

You are seeking an experience that facilitates connection between body, mind, and soul, and uses a holistic approach to guide you through the process of your own unfolding.

What to Expect
Daily yoga, growth activities, meditation, guided walks along the creek, and community meals. We will also allow plenty of time and space for a quiet, stargazing float in the pool, phenomenal migratory bird watching.

Body + Soul Retreat takes place at a beautiful, private country residence which has hosted many ceremonies. A great place to build and strengthen roots. The stars are bright in Texas Hill Country and will inspire inner spaciousness and peace. Our retreat space includes towels and bed linens (washer/dryer on site), yoga mats and props, fully stocked kitchen including tea, coffee, and all daily meals. There is a pool, creek, and teepee on the property. Rooms are shared. Camping is optional.

The daily rhythm will include: yoga, therapy, awareness activities, self care, nutritious meals, connection, challenge, and movement.

$900 Includes all meals, 3 nights lodging, daily programming. Airfare and transportation from the airport are not included. Oak Hill is just outside Austin, Texas. Let us know if you are interested in a carpool to or from the airport. Early Bird Deposit $425 before July 31.

Refund Policy
Deposit 100% refundable before August 31. After August 31, 50% refund; after September 15, 20% refund. After October 1st 2018 deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid in installments, all funds paid are 100% non-refundable regardless of when you cancel; any difference is applied to the above.
