The traditional way of working toward individualized health. A holistic class blending poses (asana), guided breath work (pranayama), with mindful meditation and a sequence based on your health goals. Homework and documentation (images or video) of your lesson are included, and email support. Most sessions are 55 minutes. Contact Fawn for custom plan.
