Tuesdays 12-1:30pm and Thursdays 5:30-6:45pm
Blending the best from strength conditioning this class targets ways to increase efficiency and ease both in yoga asana, and in functional everyday movements. Yoga asana and everyday movement both include being capable and strong at a variety of ranges of motion. In this class we train sustainable strength, and motor control to gain mobility for ease and confidence. Through the use of classic yoga poses, blankets, blocks, and body weight, expect the whole body to get warm. Every class will also include some self myofascial release.
